1. Service Description

Tiger Echo is an AI-powered review management SaaS tool that helps Shopify sellers manage product reviews, generate AI replies, import and analyze CSV review data, send automated review request emails, and receive real-time alerts for negative reviews.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the AI to generate fake, misleading, or fraudulent reviews
• Violate any platform's terms of service (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to breach or test the vulnerability of our systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial emails
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Intellectual Property

All code, design, functionality, and brand elements of Tiger Echo are owned by us. AI-generated reply content is provided for your use, but we make no guarantee of the originality or accuracy of AI-generated text. You retain ownership of your uploaded review data, CSV files, and custom content.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated replies are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving content before posting. Tiger Echo does not automatically post any content to any e-commerce platform. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from AI reply content.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless canceled before renewal. Refund requests within 7 days of purchase will be honored. Used email credits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, terminate long-inactive accounts with prior notice. Users may cancel their accounts at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger Echo provides the Service "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Force majeure events (server failure, API interruption, network attacks, etc.) resulting in service interruption are not liable.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
